It is necessary for ALL students - including seniors - to have their picture taken for a school identification card. ALL students in 5^th-12^th grade are required to show their student I.D. at sporting events. (Students in K-4^th must be accompanied by a guardian.)

If you choose to order pictures, please have your student come prepared with the form filled out and money enclosed.

Sophomores will also have their Vision & Hearing checked. These checks will only be done in the morning. If your student has glasses or contacts, they must be worn.

If your student will be driving to school, please fill out the form and have your student come prepared with the form signed and payment ready.
