Fifth Grade students at Hawthorne have been researching and learning about Native American culture. They studied the tribe’s home life, clothing, shelter, and food. Along with their written report, they displayed their work on a “quadrama,” a four part display that depicted the Native American’s life. Parents, students, and teachers, streamed through the classrooms to view the displays and talk to the students about their research. Great job to the students and to their teachers, Ms. Miller and Mr. Rassler, for this meaningful learning experience!
