Michele Burkard has been with District 241 since 1989. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Science in Teaching from Winona State University. She received her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and her Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from the Minnesota State University-Mankato.
