Linda Hullopeter is a special education case facilitator at Sibley Elementary.  She began with the district in 1995.  Linda earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Mankato State University in 1989; she is licensed Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Grades 1-6.  She received her Master's Degree in Special Education, also from Mankato State University, in 1999 with a licensure in SLD/EBD.

Before joining District 241, Linda taught at Litomysl Catholic School in Owatonna, MN.
