Transcript Request

To have your official high school transcript sent to a college, a scholarship selection committee, a potential employer, etc., you must submit this form to Student Services at Albert Lea High School requesting that your transcript be sent.

PLEASE NOTE that only an unofficial copy of your transcripts can be sent to you; an official stamped, signed copy will be sent to a college, potential employer, etc.

Name as used in high school, please! Please include your first name, middle initial and last name.

We will email you should a problem arise with fulfilling your transcript request.
